There are two ways you can search for products or part numbers on our website:

1. Parameter Search: Enter a keyword, part number, or phrase in the search box.

2. Website Navigation: Click on the "Products" tab at the top of the page and use the drop-down menu on the left to explore different product categories. Once you've selected a product type, you can browse products in a grid layout that includes photos and descriptions, or in a table layout that highlights essential product specifications.

We currently accept bank wires as a form of payment. Please note that a $30 bank fee will be charged on all wire transfer payments. Additionally, we offer open account credit with Net 30-Day terms to qualified businesses. If you have any further questions about our payment options, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Placing an order with us is easy! You can place your order via email or by calling our sales team during our business hours at (0086)187-4082-8868. Simply send your purchase orders to sales@amwav.com or share them with our team over the phone. To ensure accuracy, all orders will need to be confirmed in writing by an Amwav team member through a formal order acknowledgment. 

To track your order, simply click on the "Tracking your Order" button located under the "Contact Us" menu in the upper right-hand corner of the website, it will show the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.  You can also find the tracking number and shipping status by entering your order number on the "Tracking your Order" page.

We take pride in offering an above-industry-average warranty of 2 years for most of our products, providing you with added peace of mind. Please note that some products may have different warranty terms, which will be clearly stated in their product descriptions.

Our products do not typically require any special export documents.

International taxes and duties are fees charged by the destination country on imported goods. These fees vary depending on the country and the specific product being imported. At Amwav, we understand that navigating customs regulations can be confusing, and we're here to help.

While we cannot predict or control the tax rates of other countries, we can share our experience exporting to Europe and the United States. Based on this, there is usually no import duty or tax charged on our products. However, we always recommend that customers consult their local customs office for more information on the specific tax rates for their country, based on the product name and HS code.
